Brisbane Truck Show 2025 – A Wrap Up
The Brisbane Truck Show is the largest transport and logistics exhibition in the Southern Hemisphere — and for Grand Stand Events, it’s one of the most important weeks in the calendar.
In 2025, we were proud to deliver eight custom-built stands across four full days of bump-in, four days of exhibiting, and a quick-turnaround bump-out. Each project was purpose-built, strategy-led, and designed not just to impress — but to perform.
What We Delivered Across All Clients:
Our team managed the design, logistics, build, and delivery of more than 1,000 sqm of high-performing exhibition space. At a glance, this included:
- • Over 1,000 sqm of total exhibition floor space
- • Over 200 sqm of rigged overhead signage
- • Over 150 sqm of custom walling
- • Over 200 sqm of printed branding and graphics
- • Majority of the GSE crew onsite across eight days
- • Seamless four-day bump-in
- • Bump-out completed across 1.5 days
From large-scale builds to agile, smaller spaces, our team delivered eight tailored brand experiences — each mapped to individual client goals.
IVECO
A 652sqm corner stand with a strong vehicle-first layout, IVECO’s build featured seven hero trucks, a high-gloss concrete floor finish, a barista bar, and a fully enclosed meeting room. Suspended overhead, a custom curved rig ensured instant brand visibility. Designed for impact and dwell, the stand was built around product access, team function, and visitor engagement — delivering both presence and performance.

Dana
A bold custom stand showcasing product at scale, Dana’s space featured dual zones: one for high-traffic display and one for in-depth engagement. Suspended rigging spanned the full footprint, reinforcing brand presence above product platforms, glass cabinets, and custom counters.

Ofload
A standout example of strategic minimalism, Ofload’s corner stand delivered sharp lines, a premium matte finish, integrated lighting, and seamless signage. The build balanced form and function, offering space for brand storytelling and team-led engagement, while leaving room to breathe.

Allison Transmission
Allison’s stand featured a powerful printed backdrop with clean rigging, minimal obstruction, and strong product-forward visual hierarchy. The space supported open traffic flow while giving clear structure to brand messaging.

Robuk
Robuk’s layout focused on approachability and flow, using a combination of freestanding displays and open-access conversation zones. The layout allowed flexibility while reinforcing their industrial edge.

Hendrickson
Hendrickson’s stand featured a blend of modular walling and bold branded signage to capture attention from multiple directions. The build highlighted their suspension products with visibility, durability, and commercial clarity.

Stemco
Stemco’s compact stand used a clean linear layout to support face-to-face interaction while showcasing a clear product message. High-impact signage and minimal clutter made the most of a smaller footprint, ensuring the brand punched above its weight.

Each stand featured carefully planned floorplans, reusable frameworks, and sustainability-led choices around signage and cladding where suitable.
Built With Purpose
Across all builds, our philosophy was the same: Design with strategy. Build with precision. Deliver with purpose.
Layouts were mapped around goals, traffic flow, and team use. Many stands were built using reusable or modular systems, and the majority of branding elements were either reclaimed or responsibly recycled.
A Team Effort Worth Celebrating
Nearly the entire GSE team was on site across the week — supporting logistics, delivery, troubleshooting, and handover. We wrapped up bump-in with a well-earned team dinner, marking the end of one of our biggest delivery weeks of the year.
Looking Ahead
With many clients already planning for the next cycle, Brisbane Truck Show 2025 was a clear demonstration of what’s possible when strategic design meets execution.
