Building on Momentum: Our Third Show with Teletrac Navman
Brisbane Truck Show 2025 marked the third consecutive Truck Show that Teletrac Navman partnered with Grand Stand Events to deliver a high-impact stand experience. With a strong foundation already established, this year’s brief focused on refinement — retaining recognisable brand elements while adapting to a new, less conventional location: just outside the main exhibition hall.
Despite initial concerns around visibility, the result defied expectations. The stand drew consistent foot traffic and high visitor engagement across all four days.

Strategic Architecture & Branded Presence
At the heart of the design was a striking ribbed green archway, custom-painted to align with Teletrac Navman’s brand identity. This architectural feature, spanning the corner entry point, created visual height and a strong entry statement, drawing visitors into the space.
Flanking the layout were two full-height perimeter walls, fitted with 3D illuminated logos, custom graphics, and mounted AV screens. These walls delivered brand impact from a distance, while enclosing the space just enough to create a defined footprint.

Flow, Function & Flexibility
The layout was designed around flow. Entry points on two open sides directed foot traffic naturally through the space, leading to a central angled pod with a 55” screen. Flanked by counters, AV stations, and lockable kiosks, this layout encouraged pausing, interaction, and hands-on exploration of Teletrac Navman’s software and products.

The team also focused on function — hiding cabling within kiosks, ensuring all screens were mounted securely and visibly, and integrating lockable storage within all custom cabinetry for on-show essentials.
Sustainability as Standard
Staying true to our sustainability commitments, the flooring system used for Teletrac Navman featured 69sqm of eco floor, made from 100% recycled plastics. It was overlaid with charcoal and Teletrac green carpet tiles, which defined visual pathways and separated active from passive zones.

Results Beyond Expectation
Despite being positioned just outside the main hall — typically considered a less visible location — the stand was a standout. Teletrac Navman reported strong visitor engagement and consistent foot traffic.
The open corner layout, paired with a high-contrast design palette and strategic AV placement, ensured the stand attracted attention from a distance and performed well as a touchpoint for both new and returning customers.

This project reinforced a key principle: strategic design, not location alone, determines performance. With smart visibility, intuitive flow, and brand-forward elements, even non-central spaces can outperform expectations.
A Word From the Team
“With three shows now under our belt alongside Teletrac Navman, we’ve built a partnership grounded in trust, consistency, and evolution. Each brief brings new goals and challenges — and this year’s stand was the most refined yet. The combination of high-impact branding, sustainable build materials, and intuitive layout design made it a powerful presence on the show floor.” – Megan Galli, Grand Stand Events Account Manager
