“Oh no we forgot the ……..”

So we have all got to an event or exhibition and realised we have forgotten something. This is always a hassle, wastes your time, costs you money and gives you more stress then you really need in the lead up to your event.

We decided to put our heads together here at Grand Stand Events to make that definitive Checklist to use for all your events. It’s not exhaustive but covers the major things we feel you might need when running your next event. They are, in no particular order either:

Your Event or Custom Stand Checklist

  • Fluro Vest
  • Closed in Shoes
  • Phone Charger
  • Laptop & Charger
  • Lead Sheets or Tracking Device
  • Business Cards and Holders
  • Stapler and staples
  • Sharp Blade / Knife
  • Scissors
  • Brochures and all your other marketing material
  • Cash – For Coffees and Treats
  • Mints
  • Sharpie (Texta)
  • Pens
  • Labels for when you have to pack everything back up
  • Packaging Tape
  • Gaff Tape
  • A Phillips Head and Flat Head Screwdriver – Just in case
  • A small Tool Box to pack it all into
  • If unloading from your car: A suitable trolley
  • If you have promotional staff: A brief for them and of course their uniforms
  • Staff Roster
  • Last but not least: An awesome supplier that helps you remember all these things. Like the team at Grand Stand Events
