WHO Moves Powered by Keto-Fit

A wellness activation designed to engage, educate and create a highly shareable brand experience

Grand Stand Events partnered with WHO Magazine and Keto-Fit to deliver a premium wellness activation at Linseed House, The Grounds of Alexandria. Created as a high-energy, content-driven morning event, the experience introduced guests to the Keto lifestyle through a carefully curated mix of fitness, nutrition and brand interaction.

Rather than relying on a static setup, the activation was designed as a flowing experience. Every element within the space was considered in terms of how guests would move, interact and engage, ensuring the environment worked just as hard as the programming itself.

The Brief

The objective was to create an activation that felt both elevated and accessible. It needed to appeal to a media-savvy audience while still delivering clear brand messaging around Keto-Fit’s product offering. At the same time, the space had to support a layered event schedule, including fitness sessions, product sampling and a live Q&A, all within a single morning.

This required a balance between atmosphere and functionality. The activation needed to feel seamless and social, while still operating as a structured environment capable of supporting multiple high-energy touchpoints.

The Approach

Grand Stand Events approached the build as a guided experience rather than a traditional event layout. The design focused on creating natural movement through the space, using key features to anchor interaction and encourage guests to explore without friction.

A large-format branded media wall established a strong arrival moment, immediately setting the tone for a content-first experience. Positioned to capture guest arrivals and encourage photography, it became a central point for social sharing throughout the event.

From there, the activation opened into a series of interconnected zones. A custom smoothie station bar provided a hands-on product experience, allowing guests to sample Keto-friendly offerings while engaging directly with the brand. The central stage area acted as both a visual and functional anchor, supporting the event’s programming while maintaining a clear line of sight across the space.

Design and Build

The physical environment was designed to feel cohesive without being over-engineered. Branded elements were integrated throughout the space, including display cubes, signage and lighting features, all working together to reinforce the Keto-Fit identity without overwhelming the experience.

Oversized printed photo props were introduced to add a layer of interaction and personality. These elements encouraged guests to engage more actively with the space, creating moments that were not only memorable but also highly shareable across social platforms.

Each component was designed with intent. The layout supported both structured activities and organic interaction, ensuring guests could move freely between experiences while remaining connected to the overall activation.

Execution

The event welcomed 100 guests for a morning focused on movement, connection and education. It opened with a power Pilates session, setting an energetic tone that carried through the entire activation. This was followed by a fitness class led by Molly Kat Gay, supported by live DJ entertainment that helped maintain momentum and atmosphere.

A live Q&A session hosted by WHO Magazine editor Stacey Hicks, alongside nutritionist Zoe Bingley-Pullin, added depth to the experience. This provided guests with the opportunity to engage directly with the brand’s messaging, reinforcing credibility while creating a more meaningful connection.

Throughout the event, guests were encouraged to explore, sample and interact. The space supported both high-energy moments and more relaxed engagement, allowing the activation to evolve naturally as the morning progressed.

The Outcome

The WHO Moves x Keto-Fit activation delivered a highly engaging brand experience that resonated across both media and attendees. By combining structured programming with an interactive environment, the event successfully moved guests from passive observation to active participation.

The result was strong audience engagement, high levels of social content and a clear connection between the brand and its audience. Guests didn’t just attend the event, they became part of it, leaving with both a deeper understanding of the Keto-Fit offering and a memorable experience tied to the brand.

This project highlights the impact of a well-executed activation. When design, programming and brand strategy are aligned, the result is not just an event, but an experience that continues to deliver value beyond the moment itself.
