FAAA Congress 2025
Financial advisers attending the FAAA Congress expect clear information, meaningful conversations and a professional environment to engage with providers. TAL wanted their stand to reflect this, creating a welcoming space where advisers could comfortably learn more about their offering while maintaining a strong and recognisable brand presence.
Grand Stand Events worked with TAL to deliver a polished peninsula stand that balanced branding, hospitality and conversation spaces within a compact footprint.

A Stand Designed for Conversation
The stand layout was designed to feel open and approachable while still delivering strong visual impact. A ribbed timber feature wall with a curved edge created a soft architectural element that helped define the space and draw visitors in from the aisle.
Opposite this, tensioned fabric graphics and PVC wall panels delivered clear messaging and brand storytelling. The design ensured TAL’s identity remained highly visible across the exhibition floor while maintaining a clean and professional aesthetic suited to the financial services industry.
A halo-lit overhead banner provided additional visibility from across the hall, ensuring the stand remained easy to locate in a busy exhibition environment.

Creating a Welcoming Environment
To encourage longer conversations with advisers, the stand incorporated a relaxed lounge setting complete with corner seating, a coffee table and soft furnishings. This hospitality zone helped create a comfortable atmosphere for informal discussions away from the bustle of the aisle.
Custom joinery elements further enhanced the stand’s functionality. A bespoke counter fascia with a backlit timber logo created a strong branded reception point, while floating shelves and curved timber shelving provided space for literature, materials and subtle product display.
Carefully selected styling elements, including greenery and natural textures, softened the space and helped balance the corporate environment with a more human, welcoming feel.

Seamless Delivery
Grand Stand Events managed the full delivery of the stand, including design realisation, fabrication, graphics, electrical distribution and on-site installation.
A wall-mounted 65-inch display screen allowed TAL to showcase digital content and reinforce key messaging, while integrated power and lighting ensured the stand functioned smoothly throughout the event.
With a coordinated bump-in and pack-down schedule, the stand was delivered efficiently and without disruption, allowing the TAL team to focus on engaging with advisers throughout the congress.

Outcome
The completed stand successfully combined clean branding, thoughtful styling and functional meeting areas, creating a professional environment aligned with TAL’s brand and the expectations of the FAAA audience.
The result was a compact yet highly effective presence that supported meaningful adviser engagement while maintaining strong visibility across the exhibition floor.
