RAFFINE: BLENDING AESTHETICS AND FUNCTIONAL DESIGN

Objective: Create a unique and visually captivating exhibition stand that reflects Raffine’s legacy and contemporary aesthetic.

Overview:

Raffine, a brand emerging from three generations of furniture design and manufacturing, aimed to blend the exclusivity of high-end designer furniture with a contemporary aesthetic at The ArchiBuild Expo in June 2024. With a clear vision in mind, Raffine entrusted Grand Stand Events to bring this vision to life through a custom-built exhibition stand.

Design & Execution:

We crafted a 9x6m island exhibition stand that not only met but exceeded Raffine’s expectations. The stand featured:

• • Raised Floor: Adorned with elegant timber vinyl planks, creating a warm and inviting foundation.

• • Illumination: Two white powder-coated beams with adjustable track lighting ensured optimal illumination of the stand’s key features.

• • Accessibility: A powder-coated edge ramp provided seamless access, combining functionality with style.

• • Striking Architectural Elements: The stand incorporated arch windows with LED strip accents and metal window bars, adding a visually captivating element that distinguished Raffine’s space.

• • Interior & Exterior Finishes: The interior boasted a crisp, sleek paint finish, while the exterior featured a refined render texture. An inviting archway with double doors further enhanced the stand’s appeal.

• Branding: Illuminated logos were strategically placed throughout the stand, with four 3D logos mounted on acrylic with standoffs ensuring Raffine’s brand made a lasting impression.


Outcome & Success:

The exhibition stand was a stunning representation of Raffine’s brand identity, seamlessly blending aesthetic appeal with functional design. The success of the stand was evident, as it was rebuilt just one month later at the Melbourne Decor + Design Show in July 2024.
