Project Brief:
Konami, a global leader in the entertainment and gaming industry, approached us to create a standout space that would not only reflect their brand’s prestige but also provide a functional space for business meetings, product testing, and visitor engagement. The goal was to design a visually impressive stand that could accommodate a large audience while offering private spaces for meaningful interactions.
The Solution:
We designed a space that featured a sleek single left stack mezzanine, maximising the use of vertical space. This design allowed for multiple functional areas within the stand, providing both open and private spaces to cater to different needs.
Key Features:
- Single Left Stack Mezzanine: The mezzanine structure provided an elevated space, making a powerful visual impact and adding an extra dimension to the stand.
- Enclosed Meeting Room: A 7-person meeting room was included below the mezzanine level, offering privacy for important discussions and negotiations.
- Product Testing Area: We integrated a semi-private area for product testing, allowing Konami to showcase their latest innovations to select clients and partners.
- LED Down Lights & Display Monitors: Strategic use of LED down lights and display monitors enhanced the stand’s visual appeal and ensured that Konami’s products were presented in the best possible light.
- 300sqm of Floor Space: The extensive floor space provided ample room for product displays, allowing visitors to explore Konami’s offerings comfortably.
- Barista Nook: A dedicated barista nook was incorporated into the stand, keeping the energy up and providing a welcoming space for visitors to relax and recharge.
Upstairs Lounge Area:
- Frosted Glass Balcony: The lounge area featured a frosted glass balcony, offering a sophisticated and private space for networking or relaxation.
- Custom Branded Fabric Overhead Banner: A custom-branded fabric banner was positioned overhead, ensuring brand visibility from all angles and attracting attention from afar.
- Full Di-Bond Wall Panels: The stand’s walls were finished with full di-bond panels, creating a sleek and modern aesthetic that aligned with Konami’s brand image.
