In November 2024, Hunter & Queen , an Australian-owned luxury lifestyle brand, approached Grand Stand Events to design a luxury, modern, and visually striking stand for their first trade show experience. Their goal? To create an elegant and balanced space at Life Instyle Sydney 2025 that not only showcased their premium products but also exuded sophistication, exclusivity, and a sense of wonder – perfectly reflecting their high-end aesthetic.
With this vision in mind, we crafted a stand that combined high-end materials, refined finishes, and strategic lighting to deliver a space that was both functional and visually compelling.

• Eco Floor (15sqm): Sustainable flooring made from 100% recycled plastics, providing durability and built-in clearance for cables and utilities.
• White Light Marble Vinyl Tiles: A sleek, high-end finish that enhanced the brand’s premium aesthetic.
Lighting & Electrical Setup
• 8 LED Arm Lights: Positioned to highlight key product displays and create a warm, inviting ambiance.
• 10amp Power Supply: Ensured seamless operation of digital displays and product demonstrations.
Custom Walling & Signage
• Digital Print PVC Panels: High-quality branded graphics showcased the brand’s identity and added a luxury feel.
• Custom Counter Signage: Provided a sleek, professional finish while maintaining brand consistency.
Stylish & Practical Furniture
• White Counters (Various Sizes): Designed to create a functional yet visually appealing display and checkout area.
• Towel Rails & Hooks in Blue: A stylish addition that enhanced product presentation.
