In 2024, for the second consecutive year, Anric Group partnered with Grand Stand Events to design and execute an impactful custom built exhibition stand for AusRail, Australia’s premier rail industry event.
Challenge
Anric Group required a stand that would:
• Maximise impact in a smaller footprint: Transitioning from a larger stand in 2023 to a 9m x 3m space with 4m high walls in 2024.
• Reimagine existing signage: Repurposing signage from the previous year while adapting it to a smaller yet equally inviting and functional design.
• Engage attendees: Create an environment conducive to meaningful conversations and interactions with prospective clients and partners.
Solution
Grand Stand Events worked closely with Anric Group to create a stand that embodied their expertise and leadership in the rail and civil engineering industry.
Key Features and Design Highlights:
1. Reimagined Design
• Repurposed and resized existing signage from 2023 to maximise sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
• Introduced two ceiling cavities with LED downlights, adding depth and creating a bright, open, and welcoming atmosphere despite the reduced footprint.
2. Functional Furniture
• Installed a striking U-shaped coffee counter with a concrete laminate top as the stand’s centerpiece.
• Paired the counter with bar stools, high tables, and a bar fridge, offering a comfortable and professional space for conversations and networking.
3. Interactive Features
• Mounted three 65” LCD screens on the walls to showcase Anric Group’s capabilities, engaging attendees with dynamic and visually compelling content.
4. Sustainability Commitment
• Provided post-show recycling services for materials and signage.
• Repurposed existing stand components to reduce waste while maintaining design integrity.
Smooth Execution
Planning for the stand began in May 2024, ensuring every detail was carefully accounted for. Our comprehensive service included:
