While they handled the shell scheme booths, Babybee Prams required a custom-built exhibition stand that better reflected their brand and provided a premium interactive experience for visitors.

Custom Exhibition Stand Design & Build
Grand Stand Events created a high-quality, reusable stand with premium finishes to align with Babybee Prams’ brand identity. Key features included:
- • Custom Built Podiums: (4 units) Painted in Babybee Prams’ brand colours
- • POS Counter: (1 unit) Custom-built white counter with a waterfall edge, lockable cupboard, and optional power management hole for POS systems.
- • Custom Floor Stand Info Displays: (6 units) A4 display stands, colour-matched to brand guidelines, providing clear product information to visitors.
- • PVC Counter Signage: Digital printed panel with a 25mm waterfall edge for branding consistency.
Flooring & Electrical
- • Raised MDF Flooring: 54 sqm of raw MDF flooring, designed to provide a durable base for the stand.
- • Vinyl Timber Tiles: 54 sqm of timber-style vinyl tiles, enhancing the premium aesthetic of the stand.
- • Electrical Distribution: Leads and power management setup to ensure seamless booth operations.
Event Logistics & Installation
Grand Stand Events managed the end-to-end logistics and installation for Babybee Prams’ exhibitions, including:
- • Warehouse Pick & Pack: Preparing and organising all stand components before transport.
- • Professional Services: Covering travel, accommodation, onsite build management, and event handover.
- • Freight & Transport: Handling stand delivery and collection efficiently between expo locations.
- • Labour & Crew Management: Coordinating bump-in and bump-out with skilled installation teams.
