Objective: Create a versatile, portable showroom container for LONGi’s road shows across Australia.

Overview:

Grand Stand Events partnered with Design Team to develop a distinctive and mobile showroom solution for LONGi, tailored to meet the needs of their road shows. The project focused on converting a 20ft container into a fully customised, brand-aligned showroom that could travel seamlessly between states.

Challenges & Planning:

One of the primary challenges was managing the logistics of transporting the custom container from New South Wales to Adelaide before the Christmas closure. Precise planning and coordination were crucial to ensure that the container would be ready for the road show in time.

The Solution:

The project resulted in a fully customised 20ft container, designed to meet LONGi’s specific requirements:

• • Customisation: The container was painted in LONGi’s brand colours and fitted with timber vinyl tiles, creating a warm and inviting interior.
• • Functional Design: The interior featured a counter, TV, and lounge area. A standout feature was the conversion of one booth seat into a planter box with an integrated bracket to support a TV, allowing LONGi to engage visitors with presentations and games.
• • Branding Flexibility: The design allowed for the application of LONGi’s graphics in various locations on the container, enhancing brand visibility at each event.
• • Mobility & Security: The container was designed as a secure and easily transportable asset, ideal for multi-state tours. The secure locking mechanism ensured that the showroom could travel safely and efficiently between locations.

Outcome & Success:

LONGi was extremely pleased with the custom showroom container, which not only met their logistical and aesthetic needs but also provided a unique and engaging experience for road show attendees. The container’s functionality and design successfully enhanced LONGi’s brand presence, further solidifying our relationship with both LONGi and Design Team.
