Client Background
Cryomed – Cynosure Lutronic Division partnered with Grand Stand Events to deliver a high-impact, visually-led stand for their appearance at the 2025 Non-Surgical Symposium. Known for advanced laser and light-based technologies, the brands needed a space that could hold its own in a high impact environment while showcasing the clinical precision and cutting-edge innovation of their product line.
Design Intent
The client required a stand that reflected their brand’s sleek, high-tech aesthetic with lighting elements that spoke to the energy and precision of laser-based equipment. The brief called for an aesthetic, modern and welcoming environment, using integrated lighting, texture and a photo moment to engage passers-by.
Key Features & Build Highlights
LED Integration and Brand Glow
To mirror the energy and movement of laser technology, the stand featured integrated LED strip lighting routed into the perimeter of the raised flooring. These framed the space while creating a subtle ambient glow in brand colours that set the tone across the entire stand.
Two large double-sided fabric lightboxes formed a key visual feature, printed in high-resolution Illuminex skin to support clean, vibrant branding. These sat at 2.4m high to ensure maximum sightline visibility from across the venue.
A custom neon sign reading “Cynosure Lutronic” in bright orange created a hero moment above the timber photo arch, providing an iconic focal point that captured attention and drove social engagement.
Immersive Product Display Zones
Three distinct product areas were created using painted plinths and clear acrylic displays. Each was allocated to showcase one of the brand’s laser-based systems, with neat product labelling and considered spacing that encouraged professional-level interaction.
To enhance dwell time, soft furnishings [including white armchairs and a custom counter] created space for informal demos and relaxed consultation-style discussions.
Materials & Detailing
- • Flooring: Raised gloss white platform with COB perimeter lighting
- • Lighting: LED floor routing + double-sided lightboxes + custom neon sign
- • Structure: Custom arch and plinths built from MDF and painted white
- • Signage: Printed Illuminex skins, floor decals, and vinyl plinth wraps
- • Styling: Drape track with chiffon curtain, armchairs, and display tables
Results
The final build delivered a stand that was bright, clean, and unmistakably on-brand. From the sharp lines and high-contrast lighting to the thoughtful integration of brand colours and tech-forward features, every detail reflected the innovation Cynosure is known for.
The stand was a true reflection of the brief and a standout moment on the NSS show floor.
